The total investment necessary to begin operation of a traditional Guthrie’s restaurant can range between $238,600 to $771,000, excluding the real estate costs.
For real estate, it is estimated that the cost of a restaurant site will be $250,000 to $2,000,000. In addition, you will be required to build a 1,400- to 2,800-square-foot building at an estimated cost of $350 to $850 per square foot.
Guthrie’s Franchising will assist you throughout the process of opening your restaurant, including your attendance at Guthrie’s Franchisee Training Program focused on operations and providing marketing materials for your market. A Guthrie’s Opening Team will be on site to help you open your restaurant.
Site selection for your Guthrie’s restaurant depends on a variety of factors. Guthrie’s Franchising will provide you with criteria to help locate your particular restaurant site and must approve your final site and building plan before it commences.
Guthrie’s franchisees pay 6% of gross sales. Guthrie’s franchisees pay 2% of gross sales into the brand’s Ad Fund.
